    Ontario rat 1

I just received my rat1 and all I have to say is wow. Just wondering what my fellow spydie brothers think about this knife?

I own two of them and I love them knives. I carry one as my work knife, though I have yet to really use it for any serious cutting. The other one, I've used it around the house a few times, and it has become my go to get it done knife! The ergos and the weight work for me, though I wish it would come with some G-10 scales and not the slick scales that are on it.

Good to go all around kinda knife. IMO, it would be a knife for someone who is looking for something good and affordable. Like a Tenacious, very good bargin for the money.

Love mine. The smoothish g-10 isn't so great, but it is a solid knife and seems well made.

I got the serrated version to take as a beater for work, haven't had to beat on it yet.

I have to say it's a great knife especially for the price. Just a well put together knife. I was able to get mine scary sharp really quick too. I agree about the smooth scales being an area that could be improved. I was thinking of putting some grip tape on them.
