    Good waterproof/windproof lighter?

I'm getting kinda tired of my bic lighters always blowing out in the wind, so I've been thinking about picking up a good butane lighter. The problem is, I know literally nothing about stormproof lighters. Anybody have any recommendations?
    Thanks!

This might be as tough as recommending a single knife. I have had great luck with several variations of a torch flame lighter like this one sold by Cabel's.

Extreme cold and high elevations do limit the reliability of any lighter. Using only high quality butane and completely emptying the lighter before refilling also can improve reliability,

That lighter looks just about identical to ones I regularly see for closer to 5 bucks. Quite effective, but there is an unfortunate tendency not to last in my experience. better torch design/materials and more reliable piezo elements may be a part of this design, but I can't tell from the description.
