Attaching wood handles to fixed blade blank?

I'm looking to make some handles for my BRKT Bravo Necker II and want to have them removable. Does anyone know were to find quality hardware/spacer?
If decent hardware cannot be sourced, will epoxy alone be strong enough to hold the handle slabs on to the knife?

Depending on how this turns out I may do the same to my Izula, but both of these knives have open skeltonized handles that make me think that epoxying the handles would be a better option than hardware alone.

Sure the hardware and slabs can be sourced from BRKT, but I don't wanna fork out $50+ and have a cutout for the lanyard hole. I'd rather have solid handles with a hole to match the hole in the tang for a lanyard (if I even want that option).

The same goes for the Izula, the handle slabs for that don't cover the whole tang either. The handles for this one almost cost $20 and look like you might only be able to get two-three fingers around 'em.

Straight epoxy on the Izula, no hardware...

I did sack up and purchase the ranger green linen micarta handles for the BRKT Bravo Necker II 3V though.
