Even though the Nilakka and Southard Folder are both right handed, I'm very tempted to get both of them. I wish both came for left-handed carry but sometimes a knife is nice enough for wrong handed carry.

A very interesting design...I want to hold one before buying. And even though I don't (aren't allowed) to carry a knife for SD, it is one that I think that I am intrigued enough about to buy.

And I actually like that compression lock...looks far better, far more refined and comfortable than than the one on the Para2...in fact, I think that it would be something that would make the Para2 a much better knife.

One of the subtleties that I really dig about the Szabo is the shape of the cutaway to access the Compression Lock; it really keeps with the overall feel and flow of the entire package.

    Brutally beautiful knife.

The ulize was one of the highlights of the meet for me. A wonderful, subdued, beauty that came alive in my hands...

I was also amazed by the ergomony and swift handeling of this knife. It's a strange looking knife but you need to hold it to appreciated it!

    Oh no! Sal hates me!

Ah well, he oughtn't to make his knives disassemblable if he doesn't want me to take them apart.

The Ulize is another one that is a must have and it works well for left handers. Thanks for mentioning that Sal.

    Hi Douglas,

No, I don't hate you. We use screw construction so WE can take them apart. If you do take it apart, and you choose to resell it, please don't sell it as "new in the box".

Oh come on, anyone fooled into buying a "new in box" Delica with cherry scales and a choil has got absolutely nothing to complain about. Not that it's ever going to be for sale.

Haven't taken apart any of the others. Yet.
