I use my Spydies all the time to cut wrapping paper. It's much faster than scissors and gives me a valid excuse to actually put my knives to work. I found that my CF Balance makes an excellent knife for this task. It is just the right size for the job and the blade angle makes slicing a breeze.
Oh yeah, that is a GREAT reason for me to tell my wife I need a CF Balance.

Stainless positively will not do for wrapping presents.
