On Friday 30 March, I used my Para2 to break ice cubes that had got stuck together for fruit drinks at my daughters school fare. Saw a few other parents staring at me but did it anyway. Felt good to use the blade in public.
That's funny, something similar happened to me last year. It went as far as another parent telling the teacher that I was using a knife to cut open packages. My son's teacher came up and told me that "we use scissors here" I told her that I am more than comfortable using my Spyderco and continued to finish cutting open the packages.

Used my Native 4 to cut landscape felt and poke around for existing drip lines. Lost the knife for a bit then recovered it right where I left it an hour earlier

Cut vines w/PM2 also opened wrapping and strapping on various building materials/supplies. Was gonna cut boxes up but just burned them instead. Gave a little wash and cut a fuji apple and a few strawberries. The sage was near, but the Para 2 always gets carried on the weekends. Looking forward to using my Catcherman and Aqua Salt after some offshore fishing in April.

Amongst other typical pedestrian functions, I used my Para2 in 20CP to open the KW express mail box housing a new, flawless, Military M390 in black carbon fiber. Definately the high point of my day.

Used my Dragonfly H1 to prep a co-axial cable that would connect to my tv.

Used my Para2 to cut up a few chicken pieces to bite sized ones for a stew.

    Both blades performed very well.

Decorated the house today for an 11-year old's birthday party. Believe it or not, I used my VG-10 Stretch to cut and trim the crepe paper streamers I hung around the house. I have the VG-10 polished to a mirror finish - and it glided through the crepe paper like it wasn't there. My wife commented that it looked like the "silk-and-sword" scene in the movie "The Bodyguard".

Used my new Millie to slice open the packaging on a new lawn mower blade. I ran over a damn tree stump hidden in our back yard.

Last night at a party with a buffet where you only got a plastic fork and paper plate. I had a piece of meat that was a real challenge for a plastic fork. Whipped out my Caly3 and made about 12 bite size pieces in just a few seconds. Even my wife was impressed.

    hey guts,
i used my newly aquired pe c42 viele to open the packaging for the flounder fillets we just had for dinner, and used it earlier to cut some zip ties from the packaging of a crescent wrench i bought at the flea market.

Sharpened my g10 dragonfly. Vg10 may not be a super steel, but it sure sharpens up nicely
