It's not just the Des Horn either, it happens in many places on the main site where an apostrophe/single quote character is used. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a conflict between whatever language (PHP perhaps?) or editor the site's software uses to build webpages and HTML.

I've seen the same behavior with that character, and other non-alphanumeric regular ASCII characters as well, on a number of other sites I visit as well, including those of some decent size newspapers.

I hope this design is around for awhile. I want one but my funds are being saved for the M390 millies. Also the szabo is high on my list. I need to be ready when it releases. I think the des horn is a very nice knife though. I just wish I could handle one

Received mine yesterday after all this time since falling in love with it when Wouter posted the pics from the Amst. meet. Fit and finish are superb. Blade is centered perfectly. Nice and pointy! Definitely a gentlemen's knife. Here are some pictures to give an idea of the size--smaller than what some people expected.

Just received mine today. Perfect. Great workmanship, action smooth as silk, shaving sharp, light weight and very attractive. Excellent gentleman's folder with a visual flare. Another Spyderco home run, this one with Des Horn and Taichung!

    Des Horn

I just got mine the other day, Great fit and finish! A very nice Gentleman's knife. It reminds me of the Solo 2. Long and thin!

Just got mine, its a thing of beauty Must be the finest tip I've ever seen on a knife.

Certainly not a hard use knife, but very, very classy looking.

Mine arrived this morning. Smaller in the hand than I expected based on the dimensions, but a beautiful knife. it's certainly not a heavy use knife; I wouldn't be comfortable with it as a solo EDC knife.

But...since it's not going to be a heavy use blade, it should be easier to keep a shaving sharp edge on it. With another blade to do the heavy lifting day to day, this will be like carrying a scalpel with a 3 in blade every day.

Not usually a Wharnie fan, but this knife really does it for me, visually

Is this the first tip-down carry wire clip? I'd love to see more!
