I have the 500#/1k/2k/4k/8k/16k/30k Shaptons GS EP mounted versions.

Seriously is a winner - the best stones I have used thus far.....

Well, this is a very modest result compared to some of yours, using DMT and SM UF. Not mirror finish but close, just to make people like Chuck smile...

Thank you, they could have been better shots if S90V Millie were not used even a little. Knowing how this one looks in person I can only imagine how awesome those ultra-polished blades are.

Hard to smile over the drool...

And yes, a knife and edge to die for.

Just give it some time, you'll get deeper into the dark side.

After posting here yesterday I thought about taking my chipped, scratched and blunted Tenacious and make it look nicer as I did many time ago with my S90V Millie (obviously easier to get "semi-mirror finish" on this one). This was using M. F & UF on the SM, here compared to the green stock one:

Even with a Tenacious I was careful to get the best finish using the Sharpmaker, so maybe it's true. Next stop: Obsessive–compulsive reprofiling disorder...

Not sure why my pics aren't showing up.
Maybe someone could help me with that?
