wow, prime - how is this possible?
I have sanding paper up to 12000 grit, i can get mirror polish but not the fine edge - what system do you use or do you hand polish? how do you keep the exact angle -if its done by hand??

    great job!

Thanks guys for the kind words. When I first got into sharpening and looking on the forums I never thought that I would be able to achieve results like this. But I have to tell you guys it's really not that hard. It sounds cliche' but practice, practice, practice is how I got good at it. I made many mistakes along the learning process but have gotten pretty good at holding the correct angle. I recommend checking out bladeforums member knifenut1013 youtube channel here http://www.youtube.com/user/MrEdgy81 I have learned a lot from his videos on how to hold a constant angle. As for the polishing of the edge first work through the grits then I recommend DMT diamond pastes at 6, 3, and 1 micron for polishing.

    Yo dude:

    You are much too humble!!!

I reckon I can hold my own with pretty edge pornography, and I KNOW what & how much effort & time it takes to achieve the level you have posted here!!!

Few will understand this, but those that do, will appreciate it - I for one do!!

    Well done once again!
