    My new to me Caly 3.5 superblue. Best I could do with sharpmaker and ultra fine stones

    Thanks MAA! You got an edge pro right? That make sharpening a lot easIer? Superblue is very easy to sharpen and takes one of the sharpest edges I have seen! The patina gives it character

    yep that is right and it is much faster, very easy to use, after a short learning curve you figure out how long to use each stone, and i get a mirror after the 10000 grit chosera stone(even after the 3k), but touch ups take longer because of soaking the stones before use... ok now i really want some super blue

    I actually bought the knife used on BF. guy I bought it from forced a patina by slicing apples and a little mustard drizzle to get the spots . I love it!

    I just thought I might share this one. This is probably my most-carried EDC Spydie, a BRG ZDP-189 DragonFly 2. The edge isn't a fully polished mirror any longer - it was a full mirror when I polished it out 9 months ago. But almost daily use over 9 months hasn't dulled or chipped the edge and hasn't taken the luster off the mirror edge. I love ZDP-189!
