    Quick Question???

I was just wondering if anyone has bought knives from the blade shop before. Any reviews of your experience with them would be appreciated. Thank you.

No personal experience, but if you're talking about thebladeshop.com, they have a spot in the BladeForums "Hall of Shame" and would best be avoided like the plague.

Thanks for the advice. Wish I had asked before I ordered. Looks like I'll be on the phone with the credit card company today.

man, i wish i would have seen your thread sooner! i have two bad experiences with thebladeshop.com. you think one would have been enough, but i guess i chalked it up to bad luck on the first go around. anyway, it was always the same with them people, "your order is in", "it's actually on backorder, we thought we had it" and then it takes weeks to get your money back! they also charge your card as soon as you make the order, but you'll never, and i mean never, see your order arrive at your mailbox. i hope you have better luck with them, but i would NEVER recommend thebladeshop.com to anyone!
may i recommend, for future purchases, if you don't already shop there, the cutlery shoppe and knifeworks. i have made many purchases from both sites and never had an issue with either one.
    good luck!

Another thing about cutlery shoppe.com. Not only have I had no problems, there have been a couple of times Jeff went far above and beyond to make me happy.
