Now Available Online: Spyderco USB Flash Drives

Here's something a little bit different for the New Product Section! We now offer our Spyderco USB Flash Drives online. They each hold up to 2GB worth of music, images, text or whatever else you need to save and take with you! They are also great to help you get up to that "free shipping" minimum!

For more info, check out the Spyderco USB Drive Product Page.

2GB is good, but at the rate storage needs are increasing it would be great to see a 4GB and/or an 8GB

Or go hog wild and do 8GB, one for every leg of Spyderco's iconic arachnid.

In the mean time, I'll be ordering a couple of the 2GB ones.

It's not clear from the pictures on the product page how the connection of the drive to the spider to the keychain works. Has anybody got one yet?

+1 for 8GB. I don't bother with drives w/less than 8GB. Flash chips are cheap and storage requirements grow almost daily.

Looks to me like the USB connector fits inside the underside of the and, when there, its cable serves double duty as a keychain attachment loop.

    They look like this "opened".

The plug then folds into the back of the spyder.

You can kind of see a small carrot shaped opening at the top of the bug. You can use that to attach a keychain; it actually works quite nicely.

@cosmo, @deacon: that was my best guess. Thanks for the confirmation.
