any cold steel sure strike owners out there?

I'm considering throwing away 11 bucks for the fun of one of their stars... I have one of their throwers (shanghai shadow) that i'm not incredibly impressed with because of the way it throws but these look more traditional and easy to stick. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on whether to get the medium or heavy and what other throwing stars are good quality.

I have a no-brand stainless cheapo throwing star, they sure are fun and don't require much skill to just make it stick. Cheaper ones will work just fine for what they cost.

Knowing CS those will surely take a beating though.

Keep in mind that those are illegal in most US states and other countries.
