    Chad's new titanium subcom

Just got Chad Los Banos’ new Subcom Titan in the mail today, thought you guys might be interested.

Same shape as your garden variety subcoms, except this comes with titanium handles, clips, thumbstuds, and 440C blade. Not top of the line blade steel, but a Ti frame lock for around $30 what more could you ask!

It’s extremely light and thin, weight only 2oz/57g, and 7mm thick without clip (12mm with), it would fit anywhere and you won’t notice you are carrying it.

I don’t usually like small folders because my hands get tired holding the small handle, but even thou this is a 2 ½ finger knife, the wide handle and large finger choil make it feel quite nice in hand.

It also works great as a fancy money clip, if you use one of those.

Best looking Subcom yet. I have a Subclaw and Wharcom, but do not yet own a Subcom. This may be "the one".

ETA: Also saw over on BF Chad has already done the Ti-Claw and Ti-Whar. I'm guessing it's just a matter of time before Boker does those as well. WHOOO HOOOOO!

I visited Montreal 11 years ago this summer. Great city to visit. After going there I kept telling everyone I was going to move there. (I wasn't serious, but I wanted to.)

Why do people worry more if you argue with your voices than if you just talk with them? What about if you lose those arguements?

    Looks great!

I'd get one in an instant if it had a hole instead of the thumbstud. I don't do thumbstuds...

If you squeeze hard yeah it's not very comfortable, but for a light hold in most tasks with knife this size it's not a problem.

I like it. I have always thought that the lock was a bit difficult to disengage on the Sub series, but that should be easy enough to fix with this handle. Just curious, has Boker moved production to China for this Subcom?
