Request-Spyderhawk and Matriarch please

I would like to see some comparison pics please. Since they use the same handle, I am trying to get a good visual of the blade length the edge difference. I can't wait for the new Matriarchs to come out and need something to get me by.

i only have the black frn matriarch...
i have many spyderhawks. black both edges and yellow both edges. any particular compares? i guess i will do black on black. BUT for the hundredth time, my camera SUX! so the pics wont be that great. sorry, money is tight. no new camera yet. you want other color or angles let me know.

uts the weirdest thing. i swear, if i change the background from white to black it doesnt work. if i use different angles... the pics work....but too up close and it says "load error"...

wow this is a pretty cool size up, i like how the Matriach folds up better but the blade as a carrier for edc isnt so great, the Spyderhawk would be the true carrier but doesnt fold up as well as the Matriarch.

be sweet is someone could custom reshaped the top part of the blade on the Spyderhawk so not so much would be exposed when closed.

seems to me that the blade length is exact or very very close, its hard to tell sometimes because of optical illusions

If I recall both are 3 5/8th's inches of blade.

Really cool photos though, thanks! Nice to see the closed profile and the general arc difference. The Matriarch sprint would be very cool

No Spyderco never made a CF Dodo, they are aftermarket scales. I know of a place that can make them if your interested, but they are kinda expensive, PM if you want to know.

OK, so the Matriarch is shorter than the Civilian and is FRN, opposed to G-10 scales.

I think I would prefer the Matriarch.

The Dodo's new feathers, as CanisMajor allready replied, are indeed aftermarket ones. Love the looks, but hate the grip, or actually the lack of it. Smooth as my Caly CF.. which also sits in my safe, because of the slick scales. There's a few more CF Dodo pics on the previous page.
