    My Spydies(or lack of!)

Hey Guys just joined, im registered over on Britishblades and i think thats where i first heard about spyderco knives.
tbh at first i thought spydercos looked a little weird and didnt think theyd be something i could like, but i bought a UKPK and i love it and i have definatley caught the bug! So i only have a UKPK and 2 ladybug 3's, i have a few on my list once i have some money.

the ladybugs are slightly modified to make them uk legal so i have ground off the locking tabs with a dremel(im really hoping that spyderco will create a range of ladybug sized slippies for us UK'ers i think there a fantasic little knife.

So nothing special just a wee intro of what iv got.
    thanks.

Welcome to the forum david.s. Great first start. Glad you like the UKPK. It's a great knife and I think all Spydie lovers should have one. Again, welcome. Stick around and enjoy.

    WELCOME DAVID!!!!!!!!!

    And welcome to the addiction...

Spyderco is coming out with a few more "Slip-Its" (Non-Locking knives)

One of them is looking pretty appetizing, even to me...
Its called the "Urban" Its comin in 2 versions... With Orange G10 and a Wharncliffe Blade, and Foliage Green G10 and a Leaf Blade.

And as much as I don't like the Idea of no lock... that Orange Wharnie just looks too cool.

Plus, Theres a neat lookin Carbon Fiber Double bladed Byrd "Slip-It" comin out soon to

Sorry, Having a hard time finding some good images. The only pic I have is of the old proto for the Urbam when they were both in Orange G10.
    Sorry...

Thanks for the welcome guys, i have seen the urban over on Britishblades, looks like a nice knife, although with current state of affairs over here and the area where i live, having a knife that size(although technically its perfectly legal) i am not comfortable with thats why i would rather have something like a non locking ladybug/jester cos it would be perfect on a set of keys. etc.

Welcome to the Spyderco Forums David!

You've got some nice Spydies to start. Some Slipits the size of the Ladybug in G10 would be cool.
