    What's your favorite fixed blade?

What fixed blade knife do you find yourself carrying more than your others?

At the moment mine is a Gerber LMF II Survival Knife. That is until I get a Spyderco fixed blade.

The Gerber is a great blade nonetheless.

Thats a tossup between my FB01 and the custom I got from CKE. If I'm just running around, the FB01 doesn't get any attention. If I have any real work to do, the foot of O-1 makes quick work of it and only draws stares if I take my vest off (vertical, tip up, edge back, right hip)

Why do people worry more if you argue with your voices than if you just talk with them? What about if you lose those arguements?

That is a tough question! I think it would have to be my Sean O'Hare Badger. I order this from Sean at Blade '06, and got it this year. I KNEW there was a long wait, and his work is well worth waiting for!!

Vox, that is a nice looking piece! TKC you really know how to make us sweat! I am currently missing a med size stout fix blade, for all around............fun that is! I still carry my knealy ptk when pressed, also a Crkt hissatsu sometime. I am really looking to add a more general purpose med size neutral handled fix blade eventually, like the Sibert radical II over on reknives.com. Of course their are some others, but I will digress for now.

Vox and The Knife Collector, I like both of your blades!! Very nice.

At the moment, my only fixed blade is a TAK with green canvas micarta handle. It's a good knife, especially for the price point. I like the carbon steel, it takes an excellent, toothy edge. Nothing fancy, just a very functional knife.

I don't have a favorite fixed blade. I no longer own a fixed blade. I guess if I did a ton of camping or really could find a use for a fixed blade I would own one. The problem is for me that I can get just about everything needed done with either a SAK, a Spyderco, or an Axe or Hatchet.

I gotta say though, I love that VoxRold. That thing is just awesome!!!

Right now the Zero Tolerance 0100 in 3V, the old SOG tigershark in SK-5, and the benchmade Nimravus in M2. I can't chose between them. They are all in a different size/class for different purposes.

If I was to carry a self defence knife It woiuld still be the temperance, RH, horizontal concealed, or a smallish Dozer Agent, same carry. Prolly the temperance first choice. Joe
