    Question Pelican question

    I have a question for anyone who owns a Pelican. I just got a real steal on one and its on its way. I have a question- does the thumb ramp have jimping? No mention of it on the web catalog. If it does not, do you think it would benefit from jimping?

    I have plans for it already, but was just wondering if it will need some extra tinkering with.

    I doubt the pelican has jimping, the crossbill I have didn't, and it is basically the same handle.

    I did make my own jimping with a dremel, two cut off wheels, and a small spacer in between them.

    I don't have a Pelican, but I share the same opinion as cobrajoe as my SS Flight is "jimpless" above the comet-hole (as is the G-10 Flight)
    and yeah, I like a little jimping whenever i can get it
