Hey Paul. Good looking turquoise Kiwi. What is the bug inlay you're talking about with the Kiwis? I didn't think they had a bug on them.

    Oooh that's nice Paul

Great looking colour with just the right amount of contrast to highlight the main hue.

    Carbon Fiber

Arrived today from NGK... This one has a very subdued look, the polar opposite of last year's Pearl and Abalone version.

Aaron, easiest way for me to explain is with a photo, so here's a shot of the turquoise one with the bug...

Thanks Paul. I was thinking for some reason you meant a bug on the blade. Your Kiwis are the only ones I have seen with the bug inlay. All others I've seen for sale have no bug.

For those who may not have seen it in Whitefeather's "Back from the engraver" thread, this one is not really a new addition, it's an "upgrade" of one of my all time favorite Kiwis, the Sambar Stag. I sent it out to David Clevinger, who did a really fantatstic job of engraving the bolsters. This one is going to be a pocket hog for a while.

Without doubts your Kiwi collection is incredible. How can you choose which one to carry?

Uh-oh! I am starting to like the Kiwi now. I thought being a KopaKnut was bad enough. If the Kiwi gets a grip on me, I'm done for.

Paul, your collection is truly stunning!

Daniel, that one and the two directly below it are all Mammoth Tooth. That one is primarily shades of blue. There's a couple larger pictures of it HERE that show the colors somewhat better.

Fantastic. I've been eagerly awaiting the updated family portfolio.

Is that an abalone shell with bug inlay? I like that one a lot.
