    complaint rock

I don't like to rock the boat, but I've had the same problem twice and I feel it is worth mentioning. I recently felt I had to try to disassemble a yoJimbo I got from an online retailer the lock bar was slightly bent toward the end and locked up about halfway farther down and I'd like, I maybe should have turned it into warranty repair, but I am loathe to do that if I don't absolutely need to, so I tried to disassemble it and did successfully realigned the lock bar. But I could not actually disassemble the knife the small torqued screws which seem to be locked stripped rather than unscrewing. This also happened with an older c25 I tried to disassemble for some reason. Both are in good working order and now are permanently mine which is kind of a good feeling. as I'm a bit of a compulsive trader. however I think he's torques cruise might be too small and too well secured to be functional.

I may eventually have this knife rescaled inset for tip down cerry, low-profile. someday funds permitting

Druid, the next time you feel compelled to disassemble a Spydie, heat up a soldering iron with a clean tip, and place the hot tip in the Torx hole for a few seconds before you try to loosen the screw. Heat will usually get the Loctite on the threads to release, even the red Loctite they use on the screws they don't want the ELU removing.
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.

Maybe you should print out your quote above, cut it out, and tape onto your driver set.

Follow the mushin, but pay it no heed.
