    new bottle openers

    I could use a little help with getttig a good name for this style tho (anyone?)
    they are 1/8 thick M2 62 Rc
    10 inch over all with a 4 inch blade and a cap lifter in the but

    Wow Butch, good stuff. These look like no nonsense uhhhhh bottle openers. I love primitive looking tools with modern materials. These bad boys look like they were made to be used.....to open all types of packages!

    thanks guys i realy had fun making these
    i think i ahve a line on what to call them now but i have to see if any other makers used such a name
    adding these pictures

    outstanding job butch,
    i love them. and i see the added touch of the lanyard hole.
    as far as a name for the design, i don't have an idea yet, but if i get one that sounds good, ill definitely let you know.

    What causes the blades to look that way, if you don't mind my asking (and aren't divulging any trade secrets)!

    I vote for "Tactical Picnic Knife", or even call it Scramaseax (Scram=food, Seax=knife) as they do remind me of small versions of Viking Scramaseax's.
