    She's a keeper....

    My wife got me a Salsa for Valentine's Day (completely unexpected):



    Her comment: Do you know how hard it is to find a red knife that isn't a trainer?!

    Funny thing happened to me tonight ....a few days ago I broke one of my old time balisongs from Hackman (used to be refered to as the CIA balisong cause legend has it that it was issued to agents some time ago, but I don't think the legend is true) so I was doing some fancy throwing the bali up in the air techniques and I dropped it on a bad catch and the handle broke...I had a pair of them so no big deal, but Hackman went out of business and I had this bali for over 30 years, now mind you it was not the greatest made bali by the Finish now defunct Hackman company but it did hold some sentimental value...I came home tonight and my wife hands me hers (which I forget she had) sitting in her draw for 27 years now, never flipped or used, super sharp, and most important the handles are RED....Happy Valentines Day she says......it's red....so I won't be needing your snail mail addy after all bma...but I do wish you and yours a happy valentines day...seems like I already got a Valentine worth keeping, I have had her for 27 years ......Doc

    Cool On to Titanium

    That Cranberry is my favorite color. I would say anyone who is patient enough to gather complete collections of Spyderco Salsas would be well rewarded in the long haul. Now you need to get yourself the Titanium version.
