A career change for me..... Wish me luck

As some of you know, I've being studying to go back to teaching.

Well, what do you know, just today, 6 different teaching positions have been offered to me.

One I would really like is in a school not too far from my home, with 6 and 7 years old boys and girls.

I am meeting the school's principal on Monday morning @ 8am. Another one in the after noon and the school board human resources director @ 3pm.

Talk about a long day. At least, I will be able to relax because I booked some spa time @ 6pm.

    I will be exhausted.

If everything is ok, I should start Monday morning.

When things change, they change quickly....

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know and ask you to wish me luck...

    Take care you all...

    Simon

BTW: Before you ask, there is no real legislation here regarding knives and school. But I won't be edc'ing anything during the day accept my Jester. But I only have the old FRN one. Maybe it's time to upgrade and get one of those nice Micarta ones.... I know there used to be a place on the web that still sales them.......

I hope it goes really well for you Simon. You must have a lot of patience. I don't think I could ever be a teacher. I bet you do great!!

    Best of luck with it.
FWIW my daughters kindergarten teacher had kitchen knives and utility knives in the room(hidden away of course), and when I was doing a craft(in the back room) I used my Yojimbo to cut some stuff and she liked it a lot!
