Where can I find a CX06PS Combo Edge Spyderco Almite Walker?

I’m looking for a CX06PS partially serrated Spyderco Almite Walker and I haven’t been able to locate one. Do you guys/gals have any ideas as to where I can find one, maybe a dealer with new, old stock? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Spyderco knife collector on a “Q” quest! Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

When UK Ken acquired his CX06PS Almite Walker, he posted the following thread.

I think Hardkiss is saying that they are impossible to find and very rare? At least that is how I took it.

I'm a self confessed knife collector. At the turn of the decade I was into Spidies. Spyderco was selling the CX06PS Experimental 6. I ordered one. Really loved its design, feel and craftsmanship. Every time I would get paid, i would buy another knife or two or three... and eventually they sold out. When spyderco came out with the plastic version I bought a couple. They had the same styling but that's where the comparison ends. I had contacted Spyderco about quantities of Experimental 6 were produced but they didn't know. I was disappointed when they came out with the Blue Almite Walker. But in retrospect, it probably helps collectibility of production knives to have more people familiar with them; hense creating a demand. Anyways, mine aren't for sale and I can't seem to download pics for you. Anyways, It has a Black almite coating. Carries tip down. says "Seki City Japan" on one side of the blade and "AUS 8 Spyderco" on the other. Has partially serrated blade. The screws are hex head. I don't own any Blue Almite Walkers to compare with, but I did scoop up two of the Carbon fiber models. They're sweet, but the almite version feels more balanced and solid. Can send pics if you send me your email address.

Hope you realize you've resurrected thread that's almost seven years old.

FWIW, there's a photo on the C22 page of Spydiewiki showing the CX06, as well as the original CF C22 Walker by Klotzli, the C37 Walker Lightweight, and the blue Almite Sprint C22.

Deacon - Went to your home page. Very impressive collection and great info too, but I noticed several models absent on your page... No Terzuola's, Tim Wenger's, Civilian's...? hard to believe you could restrict yourself to certain models.

The larger Tim Wenger has the best hand of any Spyderco I own. It has an ease of opening with balance that enhances it's action and locks with a sound that ought to be patented.
