I know many people have their “safe queens”, those knives that are bought more or less for the purpose of collecting, or the ones that have become so rare that you don’t dare using them in an effort to preserve them. Something along the lines of a 25th anniversary Delica, or maybe a Bob Lum Tanto, or a Dyad (just for you JD).
Do any of you have what I like to call ‘drawer dancers’? This is the term I give knives that I have but have never used. They don’t necessarily have any collector value, it’s just that I moved onto something else before using them, or bought them for a purpose and never used them for that purpose.

Bought it for a gentleman’s knife but have since come to think of my clip less gray Calypso Jr. as more ‘sheeple’ friendly.
