Recommended Oils or Lubricants

I was wondering what kind of oils and/or lubricants are recommended for the maintenance of my Spydercos. I have a worker that is kinda stiff and needs a good cleaning...

I'd recommend, based on Sal's answer to me on the same question (as well as on my own subsequent experience), Tuff Glide. It seems to work very well, and dries quickly.
