It was an Ok Movie. Nothing to LOTR standards thogh,

I say it could have been a great movie, if the lord of the rings was never made\ into a movie

My favorite part as well!! I hated pretty much all of the 'girly' dialogue. Lucas is no good at writing romantic dialogue between man and woman. Days of our Lives is much better, and that is saying something. the Iguana was stupid, a big show-off for the special effects dept. methinks.

Still, I liked it a lot. The action was cool, the fights fantastic (in every sense of the word) and the adventure was excellent.

R2 should attempt a career as stand up comic, him trying to fight off all those droids had me laughing out loud.

    Aloha ALL!

Coulda grabbed a combo pack which consisted of some kinda Gerber Skeletonized Folder and "Micra-like" tool last night..."Ahhhh, these'd make good beaters", I told myself, and it was a good excuse just to "get it"...but then...

Saw this Star Wars Unleashed series figure of the "ever coughing" General Grievous! SO cool, I immediately ditched that Gerber blister pack and got Grievous instead... I think I made the right choice

Here's some pics of the "ever coughing Jedi Killer"! BTW, I was expecting a BIT more in his fight scene with Obi.

    God bless

I have ignored this thread on purpose............for one reason!

I just knew that so many here would get the chance to see it before my son, Alex and I!!

So this is my first post to the thread and there will be more to come. Due to shifts in "hell", and other commitments, tomorrow at 1700hrs BST, the boy and I will be in the theatre!!! Woo HOO!!

Now tha's a cool action figure DAYWALKER.

BTW. Just curious, but I thought of this while at the park this afternoon. Are you by chance going to start a "Clone Wars" DVD thread, now that E3 has been released?
First they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not stand up, because I was not a Trade Unionist.

    Aloha ghostrider!
Thanks! That Grievous is cool looking...especially the way he's perched on that steel thing...

As for a Clone Wars thread...hmmmm, not sure. I dunno if as many people saw it as opposed to E3...meditate on this, I will.

    Hey fret!
Yes, only 6. What ghostrider and I are talking about is the Animated Series that starts where E2 ends and goes straight into E3. Lotta great Jedi action and tidbits to the whole SW experience! The guy who did Samurai Jack and the Powerpuff Girls did a great animation job in this series!

    God bless

Then is the first two considered "Episode One" and the second two considered to be "Episode Two" and the third two considered to be "Episode Three"? I hope I can get to see this last ( ) "Episode". I heard there will not be anymore episodes. Why do all good things come to a quick end?

    Whoa fret!

When I read your post, it reminded me of how I trying to decipher one of Malmsteen's solo's!!!

No, ALL the Episodes are their own. The animated Clone Wars Series are just "fillers" to show what happens BETWEEN E2 and E3.

Who knows if this is REALLY the end of the Star Wars stories...I hope IF anymore are made, that they go WAAAAAAAAAAAY back into more details about the Jedi VS Sith thing. Ya know...showing Yoda when he was only 400 years old!

    God bless

Lucas wont be making any more films, but he has plans for Star Wars on tv, including another animated work (in addition to the current Clone Wars thing). And of course, all six films will be re-released in 3-D starting in 2007.

    Aloha Carlos!

W W!!! Didn't know YOU were into this sorta thing!

I know in interviews, Lucas says it's over, but who knows...With the ever progressing animatronics, he might say, "What the heck...let's take Chad's suggestion and do one when Yoda was 400 years old training Jedi and scrapping some Sith. It'll only take a month or so!" LOL!

Good to "see" ya Super Mod! God bless
