    Slippin' and slidin' in Colorado?

All day our TV news reports have been showing cars sliding down the streets of Denver into chain reaction accidents.

Just some advice to our friends in the vicinity of the "Mile High City" (including Golden ) - here in Northern Ontario, we've never found that getting out of your car while it's sliding towards the back of another and trying to stop the slide by holding on to the door (of your now driverless car) is ever very effective or safe!

The scenes have been great as an example of "what not to do in a driving emergency" (and pretty humorous too )

we all know it's only canadians that can drive all year round...

who else would even leave the house in -45c weather?

-34c with a 26km wind today, -45c with the windchill... ran for the mail in just a sweater.

Why do people worry more if you argue with your voices than if you just talk with them? What about if you lose those arguements?
Slowly going crazy at work... they found a way to make the voices work too.

loki88: sssshhhh! I wear shoes to hide the footprints, so why put it all over the net?

ted: house key on the keyring with the mail key, learned that one a couple years ago thankfully in the summer... just went jogging and got home about 5min after my folks.

    Wow,

I never knew the Spyderco Factory had such perqs. It must end at the SFO though. While it is a great place to browse and talk sharp steel, daydream and such, and the people working there have all been aces...I didn't see no fresh food being helicoptered in. They do pass out Jolly Ranchers and those little mini Snickers bars.

I saw that footage of the car pile-up in Denver too. This one guy stuck his head in between cars to check his bumper for damage, while other cars were slipping and sliding towards the pile! Too stupid and funny at the same time!
