FFG Delica CE.
S&W .38 snub. Then pepper spray. If I was reduced to using a knife for self-defense I'm probably already a goner.
Funny thing about Maryland. They won't allow law abiding citizens to carry firearms but they let the inmates run the prison system. Talk about bass ackwards.
I have a carry permit for my home state and carry here and in other states that have the reciprocal agreement. I never carry in states that don't have the reciprocal agreement such as the People's...
!989. Executive model. I still have it.
Hope she has eight more lives.
If I need a blade for self-defense I carry a .38.
Benchmade axis lock models are pretty slick. I have a couple.
Byrds are solid well made knives. Should be just as dependable as Spydercos. But Spydercos are more refined which is why alot of us prefer them. They just exude quality.
I sent a knife in for sharpening a while back. Turn-around time was about two weeks. They did a good job on my CE Delica. The plain edge portion cuts like a flat grind now. The service is free with a...
AO just seems like a gimmick to me. What's the point? Spydercos are plenty fast and easy to open with just the thumb-hole.
I like the looks of the co-pilot. I'd like to see that one brought back.
If I could only have one knife it would be a Delica.
The Dragonfly blade is perfect for a small knife. But the handle could be a liitle bigger. Similar to the Byrd Robin would be nice.
I never thought about it until this thread started but I can get my index and middle fingers in the finger groove of the Delica. It's a tight fit but still feels pretty comfortable. With the Endura...
Ernest T. Bass. The world's first rap artist.
I must have a small hand. Delica fits my hand like a glove.
How do you do, you and you? It's me! It's me! It's Ernest T.
Tenacious looks like a good knife. But I prefer lockbacks to liner locks. That's why I'd like to see the Endura with FFG plus CE. That would be a heck of a knife.
The millie looks interesting. Must be the only Spyderco model with both FFG and CE.
I have a CE Endura but the plain edge section is the saber grind. Very versatile knife but I think it would be a little better slicer with a FFG for the plain edge. I've seen pictures of a Stretch (a...
This is one I'd like to see.
I usually take the clips off my Dragonflys since I always carry these knives deep pocket. No need for a clip. The bigger knives (Delica, Stretch, Endura, etc.) I leave the clips on.
Yes, but with my collection of Dragonflys, Delicas, Enduras, and Stretches, in flat grind, saber grind, combo edge, and serrated edge, I've got every knife I could ever want, need, or use.
All of my fifteen or so Seki City knives are pretty close to perfect out of the box. If a knife isn't stamped with "Seki City" I won't buy it.
