Paul,
Nobody talking about adding custom shop, which would hurt production. Nobody want custom job at expense of production capabilities. All of us love Spyderco for their production knives. Custom...
Everything is good in moderation :)
For my EDC knives I do not like a lot of belly, I do not like wharncliff or sheep-foot either. Leaf shape, spare are my most favorites, also I like some upsweep...

IMHO micarta from Hossom series is the best looking micarta, which I saw on Spydercos. I bought one of them only because I love it's scales (of cause I paid clearance price).
Dream request: I...

I carry almost all of my EDC clipped. I prefer low riding wire clips on most of the knives for several reasons, but this is not a deal breaker. I would love to have wire clip on standard Native5,...
I would love to see this. Even more, I would love to see custom shop, where you can buy a knife with custom scales. Unfortunately Sal commented on few occasions that Spyderco has no plans for this.
John,
Welcome to the Forum.
Tell us what do you have. Pictures will be appreciated.

Thank you for review and pictures. Beautiful blade. I can only wish that Spyderco would keep micarta as a handle material.
MeerKats are fun knives. I used to have two original Golden made. Traded one (I couldn't resist the offer), second went to dear friend of mine and very honorable gentleman, who has soft spot for...
Cliff,

it is much less in miles :)
There is simple solution for that. Place pre-order on-line for the next sprint. You like it - you keep it. You do not like it, sell after sprint sold out and will get...
At least you have a local store with spydies. My local store (about 40 miles drive) went out of business few month ago.
My first impression from Military was:"This knife is huge". I am not up to...
did you hit powerball yet? :)
I thought that I am not the only one who loves this knife. :(
O well, will be more left for me:)
FRCP. But it was may be couple years ago. Things can change. I will be happy to see smooth G10 Native5 sprints with various Carpenter steels.
I didn't have any rust issues with VG10, S30V, S35N and AUS8
Anything except CF S110V? I remember Sal's comment, which he made long time ago about possibility of several sprints for Native5 LW, but this model is not here yet.
Interesting story. The good thing that the guy knows how to handle big snakes.
I think that bears wild boars is right there, especially the when wild boar was kill with throwing knives.
Lerman,
Welcome back. I am glad to see the level of skills, which you achieved. It is very impressive, especially considering your age.
Do you have any plans to make locking folders?
Roman
Of cause. But with most sprints you are safe. There were some sprint, which I bought and didn't like, so I sold them. If I made money, that is great, if I lost some, I consider the loss to be...
Somebody pays money for performance, somebody for looks.
this is a good thing, friend
It was time several years ago, when I was chasing some discontinue models and I was wishing that I would get into Spyderco much earlier in my life. But sooner or later I either got what I wanted or...
You right, I checked few dealers and they are out. But I saw them just last week.
IMHO Native5 is the great knife. I EDC mine for a while and absolutely love it. I have Moonglow and for me it is mostly collector piece. I really do not care about moonglow, but I really like a color...
I will recommend Native5. Fantastic ergos. $112 shipped from Howes.
