    I would say that the smoothest lock back I have is the CF/ZDP Stretch. The smoothest liner lock would be a tie between my Tim Zowada and my Almite Walker.

    IIRC, the first generation had a AUS-8 blade and had two pins at the pivot end. The second generation had VG-10 blades and only one pin.
