Wow. That pen looks an awful lot like the Chinese made Bali-Yo. And the video is even worse - it shows one the person flipping one of the U.S.-made multi-color Bali-Yos. ThinkGeek didn't even bother to make their own video!

What Geeks. Spyderco should call them on the carpet for this.

Only someone from Spyderco could say for sure, but I believe those are genuine BaliYos. Think Geek, for reasons of their own, never advertises brands and makes everything seem like it's "theirs". But, when you receive the merchandise, the packaging is that of the actual maker. At least that's how it's been with a couple things I got from them.
