Who makes these things? They've got their logo on the knife & box. They even have an intricate Spyderco design on the scales, LOL. Couldn't Spyderco sue them?

Hard enough suing companies here in the States, suing one in China is pretty much impossible. Even huge companies with deep pockets, like Disney and Microsoft, have little success with it.

China has no copyright laws. So sewing in China for copyright violation is therefor impossible. But you should report it to Ebay. Ebay states in there policies that selling Fake is prohibited. So they can stop the sales.

This craptastic 'knife' is popping up all over eBay again. I reported each one, feel free to do the same, I am sure numbers count.

I am posting a variation of:

"This is a counterfeit knife and package, Spyderco makes no such knife."
