"Spyderco Story" Book Question?

i need some help on this as, it too, was a little before my spyderco collecting time...

(searching for "spyderco history" or "spyderco story" etc isn't working. maybe i should just google it instead, oh well...your all the google i need!) :o

i just bought it. first i was a a little surprised at the price, i wanted it so i didn't mind the cost. i'm guessing it was made in both hardback and soft paper back too. is this one "better" or more "rare/exclusive?" what is the book about and do any of you own it and can give me a brief idea? thanks so much!

pins, all 9 color usb's, back catalogs 19 y/o, every pewter pin, stands, hats, clothes, carriers, decals, all sharpeners, mj warior book, etc etc etc and so i figured, when i saw this thing, i wanted it big time!!!

I don't have a paper version but I do have the book as a file. Read it a bit, very nicely written, it goes over the history of Spyderco and it's products. Sal contributed to the book some so it contains portions of Sal explaining the design philosophy behind the models etc.
Really cool stuff, truly a MUST READ for any Spydernut! :cool:
They are getting kinda scarce, the hard covers are selling for a pretty high price, paper backs are a bit cheaper and more commonly available.
