I saw this and nearly got a heart attack...then I realised it said C59CF, not C95CF

Oh well, great knife anyway :)

Is this in addition to or in lieu of the burgundy micarta prototype shown in Amsterdam?
In other words is the burgundy micarta still planned?

I do have a question about this.

What is the deal with all the non numbered blades versus the numbered blades?

Are non numbered for display and retailers are selling them? Or did they miss the engraving? I tell you this type of mistake or odd run or whatever you want to call it sure makes you wonder if it's a fake or not when purchasing.

The numbered blades are on knives sold to Collectors Club members. Some retailers have CC memberships so they get a guaranteed allocation of sprints and they resell them. Other CC members resell them on eBay. Opinions vary on whether the number has no effect on value or depresses value.

Ahh thanks for the info.

So then the first run of the initial line was done the same way?

As for numbered blades raising the price. As long as I have been watching this blade the only numbers that get you more cash is about 100 or 50 and lower.
anything above that barely matters.

within hours. Still I am very happy to see CF Shabaria. Will be glad to see CF/S90V C95 as well.
