Fake Poliwog - How to report do Ebay?

This is as bad as it gets, with logo, fake Spyderco box, and fake carrying case. I would think that $24.00 shipping would deter most folks from bidding.

I tried to report this as a counterfeit via E-bay but it will only allow me to do so if I had purchased the item. Can anyone offer an assist?

The link works - it's just that the item has been removed. I figured out how to report it to Ebay and did so.

SO, how does one report a fake on EBay?

To report this fake, I did a search in "Frequently Asked Questions" entitled "How to report a counterfeit?" and it brought up some options, one of them being a link that states "What are the rules on counterfeit items?". Clicking on this brings up a brief narrative and there is a link that states "report it". Clicking the link allows reporting of the fake.

There may be a shorter, easier way to get there but this is what I did to find the reporting link.
