it just looks like they are using the endura name. the pics dont blow up to see if there is any kind of spyderco logo or name anywhere. i don't think the endura name is copyrighted so i dont think there is an infringement. i could be completely wrong too...lol

Someone wants to build an Endura motorcyle, or come out with an Endura pill for ED, no problem. But slap that name on a folding knife and it's trademark infringement.
