Spyderfly Unavailable?

Hey guys, just curious, i've seen the Spyderco Spyderfly, and it looks really cool, but i was curious as to whether spyderco even makes them anymore? I heard that they stopped making it for legal reasons, with the switchblade ban. whats up with that?

To answer your first question, no, the Spyderfly is no longer made, but the SmallFly and SzaboFly are. As for the rest, you might want to start by reading this post (http://spyderco.com/forums/announcement.php?f=7) in the "Restricted Items" Forum. Might want to look at some of the other threads there too, and especially at posts by KaliGman.

I've seen online Resellers still offering them... including the captivating "rainbow" Spyderfly with the nitrided titanium surface.
