I hear you. Back when I started collecting knives I bought and used Schrade. I still have 5 or so Uncle Henry's and Schrades made in the US. I fine piece of cutlery from a great institution.

It was a sad day to see them close their doors.

+1 on that sentiment. That's why USA made real Schrades are commanding more $ on the secondary market and the "new" Schrades will soon be appearing at a gas station near you.
