Native in 440A?

Isn't the only "Native" with 440A steel the "BRK Native"?

This guy is selling "Natives" that are 440A steel, but have no "first generation" etc., markings on the blade.

I'm not sure, so I thought I would ask. Maybe they sanded it off or something.

Described as: "This is a Spyderco Native Model. It has a handle of ballistic nylon. Blade is 440A, serrated except for the tip. Measures 3 7/8" long closed. Belt clip on reverse. Made in USA".

All clues point to it being a naked BRK Native:
1) Finer spine jimping
2) Silver clip
3) No Boye Dent
4) Obverse side engraving of "GOLDEN, COLORADO - U.S.A." in all caps, and missing Earth as per Native I's

I didn't have a naked BRK Native but someone else here may have.

I found the "1st Generation BRK" marking fairly easy to remove with light sanding. Everything else (steel, tang stamps, jimping, chamfered Spyderhole, lack of Boye dent, bright hardware) about the knife in that auction seems correct for a BRK Native, so am guessing the seller, or a prior owner, removed the markings.
