Looks like a legitimate 1st generation Dragonfly to me. Blade shape is different from the current version, it's narrower, and the thumb ramp is not as pronounced. Not a full flat grind either. I have one just like it. It's at the extreme right in this photo...

Im with Paul on this one, thats a pre `96 -`97 D`fly. No fake here.

Thanks for the pic. Just got a dragonfly off of E-Bay and I got it and saw the smaller blade and went "huh?" This confirms it is just older as it is identical to the one on the far right.
