Your exchange with Peter and Dan forced me to look for the info on the shiny one guys were so concerned about.
So, it is how very first batch looked like...I guess this one does not go anywhere:)
BTW. are there any more PE Civilian variations besides the two you already have?

I guarantee you the Non- tuf aluminum one is going nowhere. Not Australia, not Austria :D

There is at least one more PE Civilian. PE G10. Japan market only. I believe Ookami here has one.
Besides that, there MIGHT also be a PE TUFRAM in ATS- 55 and possibly a PE TUFRAM with GIN-1 markings instead of G-2 markings.
And of course PE LH CF Numbered and PE RH CF numbered. My CF one is not numbered... And it came in a box, not a pouch.

So, there's the G10 one, very limited Japan only, and then it depends on what level of detail you are on in your collection.

You didn't win, actually.

No two are the same, why?

They differ in bladesteel, edge or handle material. G10's for instance is Gin-1, ATS-55 and VG-10 bladesteel ;)

I would not like to remember how long it took to find the Gin-1 G10, one new in pouch, btw.

And i still lack the PE G10 and probably some other variants as well.
But i have all known variants soon :D

I'm still unsure as to if i should fill the displays with users, or get rid of them...

Here's one of one of the drawers:

Considering it's impossible to display them all i'm pretty happy with this setup.

man those last 2 posts you did are just awesome very impressed.

im always tripping if i were to do something like that someone would probably break into my condo and leave me high and dry.

i was thinking a having a professional wood worker make me a huge picture like enclosure that i could hang on the wall that was presentable like how you have it.

right now just have spyderbags filled in my gun safe, empty boxes in a closet

anyways very nice

Get one and try out! I personally have a SS Harpy as a user, so i really have no need for one, but a Yellow SE might be finding it's way into my PFD for kayaking.

Hey Brian!

The military is a work of art. I still wonder how they managed to cut that bug out of MOP and inlay it in the handle. I will research that one a little bit.
Blue Spyderhawk almost had me in a world of trouble with a customs officer when it arrived here. He didn't look twice on the two Civilians in the same package. I couldn't keep my mouth shut as i left and actually told him what was what  I already had my package by then of course :D

Used on of the Vesper bevels yesterday, btw. Beautiful!
