well when trying to cut a zip tie i must have slipped and smack my Brand new Buck Metro tasted blood
1 inch long slice .5 CM deep it hurts
at least it wasnt my shaving sharp CE Delica ( tested it on my emerging Mustache) or Baby Boa
:D a lesson beware small blades :rolleyes:

:spyder: half inch deep will heal faster with less scarring with a suture or two. Get that thing looked to! :( :spyder:

I'm glad it's healing good ;) .
Next time try it with a Rescue 79 mm. Just hook the first little serration behind the tie and push. No slipping with this one.
Very versatile those serrated sheepfoot blades :D .

If the buck metro is the knife I am thinking of cutting anyting related to a rope or wire would be very dangerous with that blade.
