A little rant here.
Last week I went out to buy some levis and found out that the 560 style I have been wearing now are low riders. The 550s say fits at waist but a few yaers ago they went from tappered leg the straight leg so I stopped buying them.Best I can tell only the 550s and 505s fit at the waist now.
I don't know about anyone else but I don't want a pair of jeans that shows half my butt crack.
I told my wifes uncle about the style changes and he said he allready ran into it,he works for the utility board and he and all his co workers wear jeans to work in.He said most all of them have changed to Carhartt jeans.I guess I will go check Carhartt out tomarrow and see how they fit.

I don't mind the low riders and butt cracks... ...on girls! :D

Carhartt, Dockers and Marlboro Classics for me :)

Slim fit Pro Rodeo Wranglers do it for me. they are rugged, they fit me very well and I feel extemely Western wearing them. Best of all they are about $25.00. :)

Replay jeans fit me great - no lowriders, just perfect fit. Don't know where to get them in the USA.

Carhartt's are nice:) Pricey in some stores but quality for sure. Last jeans I bought were from Old Navy for like 30 bucks two years ago. Take Care!!!

Are the Levi's still on the market? I heard they went out of business :( However, I also dislike low riders - that's why I preffer BDUs - not jeans, it's true, but boy are they comfortable

I think Levis was purchased by Walmart. I also need to find an alternative to 501s now.

I read that one jeans mfg. is now making Levi jeans in a foreign country-China, I think? I like old Dockers myself. The new Dockers are too waterproofed. It seems to be,"if it works, change it".
