View Full Version : I need to ask your support

I hesitated before posting this but I am clutching at straws. My youngest daughter, Leslie is due to deliver a baby girl in January and they have told her that the child may be abnormal. She has done all the right things but who knows why things happen? I believe in the power of prayer because mine have been answered so many times. I am asking you to say a prayer for her. Thanks,

Although my own prayers for myself never work, the one's for

to the Almighty tonight...
One doctor error ( child's born normal ) coming up ;)

No problem my :spyder: Friend! Prayers for you and your family.

I hope the news is based on an abormal triple screen or quad screen. Those have so many false positives and enough false negatives that 2% of bad quad screens are actual problems and 2% of good quad screens are actual problems.
Jerry, I will prayer for you tonight. If any one can attest to the support of this forum it is me. You take care and you, your family and grandaughter are in my thoughts. Trust me, positive thinking will prevail.

I will pray for you and your daughter Jerry. I know you have faith in God and you'll see everything ends well. You'll remember this when you'll play with your youngest niece - and you'll have than three beautiful girls to brag with :)

I will pray for you, your unborn child. You have my special intercessions. We will hold you all to the light of God's presence and his remarkable power.
Peace be with you.
Jerry, I wish you're daughter the very best. I hope all turns out well!

I am glad to hear that you BELIEVE in the power of prayer...It's the MAIN ingredient to them being answered!
Please know that prayers are and have been sent on my end. "Abnormal" is also a relative term. If the child has physical defects, but is happy and healthy, God has a reason for this...even if it were the opposite, this child was CHOSEN to change lives!!!
Keep doing what you have been...go day by day, and pray! Psalm 3:5.
God bless you and yours!

you and yours will be in my prayers. God works in mysterious ways and for everything, I believe, there is a reason.
When I asked for prayers from my fellow :spyder:Knuts, in my heart I believe that God listened. My daughter that was not well(heart condition) is now free to be a typical 8 year old that can run and jump and do what kids do.

KBR is correct...he has his daughter as proof! Again KBR, bless you.
Also, KBR is correct in that God has a reason for everything. WE usually do not see it when WE try to figure it out! Believe in your heart Jerry...don't listen to any negatives in your head.
Anyways, still praying my friend. Take care.

The posts above are right. Lots of false positives in that area.
My prayers are going out now.
