Love grip and your pockets? Goldilocks Yojimbo

#1

Post by RLR »

Although not earth shattering, a quick mod to my Yojimbo made it “just right:” not too light, not too heavy, not too grippy (pocket shredding) and not too slippy. I used it with both original scales and both Flytanium Copper scales, but this half and half hybrid works best for me. Comes out easily and my fingers grip the non clip side enough for any work tasks.

Looks great! I have the Yojimbo 2 in cru wear with smooth G10 scales, so definitely not a pocket shredder.. but I'm loving that copper scale!

I have na Olight Morsecode keychain flashlight in Copper that I did a shipwreck finish on.. came out great. Looking for something else to try it on

Looks cool! Hinderer does that with most their models. Textured G10 on one side for grip on the draw and smooth titanium on the clip side for ease in and out of the pocket. Mainly because they are frame locks, but I find it is the best of both worlds.
