Looks like a Terzuola ATCF, but also doesn't look quite right. Can you post some more pictures, including one showing the logo on the blade better?

Edit: It's a Terzuola ATCF EDC Mid-Tech.

I'd love to see some more pics, too.

I'm seeing some things that don't look right, as well, but I'm mostly surprised by the things I see that do look right.

I did a plumbing repair for a friend of mine and I had lost my everyday carry knife earlier in the week and I saw a bunch of knives laying in her garage and asked her if I could buy one off of her and she told me to take them all. That was in with the rest of them. I honestly almost gave it away to somebody else until I picked it up and felt that it was really tight and felt a really good quality.

That's a heck of a find. As noted above, it's a limited edition, mid-tech, version of Bob Terzuola's classic ATCF model. Made for Mr. Terzuola by Three Rivers Manufacturing, I believe.
