With Lee being no more than a minor nuisance to most of the East Coast, our attention turns to Nigel (which will in all likelihood turn out to be just a fish storm) and then Ophelia, whose dark intentions are still way too unknown to even begin guesswork.

Still, they're worth noting and updating, so I figured I'd create this placeholder post for now.
