I spent half of my life dabbling in technology that would take pages to list.

Never could make a living with what I knew in IT so I bailed and work in a warehouse now. Some people can get a job and others cannot no matter what they have done. The 20yrs I spent trying to get "in" and make it were a total waste of my life.

The US Chamber of Commerce, D's and R's would rather import people from India to do IT work than hire those already here who are trained and have STEM degrees. Not only that, but if a US company steals $70,000+ of your hard earned money when you're trying to set up a web hosting company, or a company owes you $35,000+ for IT work completed and you complain about it on the Internet, they sic the FBI on you....and then the FBI screams at you for an hr, tosses you around, and tells you that you do not have a Bill of Rights and if you want to pursue a claim to take them to court and not air it on the Internet. Of course when you are penniless there is no way that you can afford a lawyer to take a corporation to court.

Yea. Don't ask me how I know about "IT." It's a subject I've written about extensively and emailed at least two-thousand trying to get assistance and nobody cares.

More complete rundown you can read the story below...and yes, I even spent $5,500+ for courses on VMware technologies. Never used VMware outside of my home even once and was only interviewed once for a job with the technology. The other scam with IT jobs is certifications meant to weed people out of the selection process. The only thing that it did was lighten my wallet by $20,000.
