Don't worry it is an old genuine Military from early production.

I'll take you expert opinion on that !
I was a little skeptical because of the misspell on the clip (foriegn instead of foreign).
Any idea where I could find replacement screws for it ?

The "foriegn" misspelling on diverse clips is a well known historical mistake from
I own an equal Military with CE and some years ago I thankfully got replacement screws from customer service in their headquarter ... contact them, it's worth the try.
